4Culture’s Network of Support gives over 600 small organizations a meaningful head start: $10,000 to invest in expert consulting. But many grantees especially those under $300K need help getting ready to use that support wisely. This workshop offers a shared digital foundation to help those orgs onboard faster, collaborate more smoothly, and stretch their TA budget further. Built inside Google Workspace, the tools are free, familiar, and immediately useful for day-to-day nonprofit work.”
Google and AI for Nonprofits is a modular five part workshop series designed to build digital capacity across 4Culture grantees. Each session introduces a key Google Workspace tool—Sites, Meet, Docs, Forms, and Sheets—and teaches how to use it to support consultant collaboration, internal operations, and cross organization partnerships. The series treats Business Technical Assistance as a foundational practice, a way for staff to assist their peers, document processes, and build systems that serve both community work and organizational development. Every workshop adds to a shared toolkit and a shared language for sustaining impact.
Build a digital intranet for your team to centralize notes, files, forms, and workflows. This becomes the home base for all consultant and project communication.
Use built-in recording and transcription tools to capture every meeting, automate notetaking, and build project memory over time.
Create live-editable documents to draft grants, scope projects, and co-author deliverables. Learn how Gemini AI can assist with writing and formatting.
Design smart forms for feedback, project intake, and reporting. Link them directly to Sheets and Sites for seamless data use.
Build trackers, dashboards, and simple automation tools to manage timelines, tasks, and budget models. This is your nonprofit’s command center.
